ABOUT ME
Hi - I'm Vicki. I'm a people consultant, transformational coach and trainer.
After a career built working with startups and SMEs in the creative space, I set up Summit so that I could provide strategic and creative people solutions to a range of growing businesses.
Over the years I have worked with M&C Saatchi, Fallon, Portas, StartJG, Euromoney, EY, KHWS, Second Home, Project Everyone, Skeleton Productions and more!
I thrive on developing strong client relationships and getting under the skin of your business to understand what makes you and your people tick.
I have a keen interest in sport and pushing myself. I am a qualified yoga teacher and have completed a challenging climb of Mt. Kilimanjaro, which really tested my mettle, and may help explain the branding behind Summit.
